Congratulations to the Team from

Virginia Commonwealth University

Winners of the

CFA Virginia

Investment Research Challenge

 

 

The Virginia Commonwealth University team will be advancing to the North American regional finals to be held in New York on April 30th. There they will compete against the winning teams from Atlantic Canada, Louisville, New England, and Texas.  The winners of the regional finals advance to the international competition to be held May 1st in New York. 

Congratulations to Dave Upton, (CFA & faculty advisor for VCU) and Paul Carder (CFA & CFA Virginia mentor for the team).  Special thanks to Owens & Minor executives Chuck Graves and Trudi Allcott for taking the time to attend the CFA Virginia Investment Research Challenge.  Owens & Minor served as our subject company for this competition.  CFA Virginia greatly appreciates the support of this Fortune 500 company.
